This is OUR NEW AND IMPROVED 2.0 KIT! OVER OEM ORIGINAL parts. This is a true master kit that is complete that only we have put together, has numerous more parts than what is included in some of the basic C48638, C48640 style kits sold elsewhere. To truly do this job correctly all these parts should be replaced and by doing so, it will make your banana plate components last longer and perform far better compared to just replacing a handful of parts that many seem to do with unsatisfying results with the longevity of their repair. We specially put this kit together to make it simple to have a plug and play kit with all the necessary components, to do a true full rebuild on your travel directional linkage. The parts we have replaced with more heavy duty components that we make to our specs with design and quality improvements, or components we have found that work better and parts in order to repair your Banana plate back to better than new operation. If your Case Ingersoll Loader's travel pedal operation is slow, jumps out of the traveling direction, "sticks in gear", faster in one direction or the other, or is slow to respond, etc. this is the kit you need to fix your travel issues.

This kit will work on 648 (after serial number 14098393) 6018, 6020, 7020 Case Ingersoll Models loaders & backhoes. If all parts in the kit are used and replaced it should also work on almost all early 648, 646, and 644 loaders and backhoes too. This kit will convert them to the newer style components. Extremely early 644, 646 machines you may have to reuse your travel control valve rod with the rest of the components included in this kit. Banana Plates/Arm/Cam/Brackets etc. included in this kit replace or are used in place of the possible following part numbers C17555, C17552, C21512, C19902, C18012, C22986, C22915, C29801, C33315

Our Custom IMPROVED design Follower. We made the head much larger than the OEM as you can see, It decreases wear significantly, and smoother operation. We also make it out of softer material than our custom Banana Plates so the follower wears not the plate like the expensive OEM design. Followers are cheaper and much easier to replace.
Our UPGRADE Custom Banana Plate. It is made thicker than some OEM Part Numbers, Made from harder more wear resistant steel and is CNC machined. BUT a Huge Improvement we made is with the BUSHING/BEARINGS. They are heavy duty precision steel unlike the fragile soft OEM ones that have been issues. We had continually been getting OEM ones with poorly installed and or damaged bushings straight from OEM that way. So we decided we will no longer offer them as they do not meet OUR high quality standards. So we made greatly upgraded replacements and addressed issues that have been known for 50 plus years....
Our UPGRADED Custom Bracket, made to our specs has one corner angle cut for easier install. The other huge improvement is that the top part of the bracket that sandwiches the Banana Plate is longer, this makes for a more precise fit , closer tolerances and vastly improves performance and wears much better! The OEM design is flawed and allows too much twist and lack of support for the Banana plate, not only did it make for poor performance it significantly accelerated wear. As of late there was alignment, tolerance issues and poor quality welds and we refuse to sell items that are of not top quality especially at the OEM price points.
Our J-Bolt Upgrade- Our J bolts have a oxide coating that protects the metal from corrosion and also helps some with friction reduction as it rides in parts that slide and rotate.. The reason we are making these to our specs was we were getting horrible quality welds and rusted new ones right from OEM source.
Our Pedal Rod- Is also made for us out of high quality material and machined to our specs and is also.
Our Larger Washer Spacer For Directional Lever- This larger washer performs better and eliminates any binding or chance of spacers wedging in slot and wears much better.
SHOP TIP- Look at photos, 3 UPGRADED nylon bushings are included in our kit. There is 1 small one this is the lever lower bushing that mounts in lower lever mount inside friction disk. The other 2 nylon bushings are for the lever top inside the dash. Use the "one" that fits the tightest for your model and its condition. You may need to place needle nose pliers across the top of it and tap in with hammer for a tight fit. The new bracket for the banana plate bracket is set up for later style safety switches, Depending on year and model you may have to change position of switch and what terminals the plug is connected to on switch. On early models you may have to upgrade to the newer style switches that mounts on this updated bracket. LOOK AT PHOTOS
