Our goal is to meet all of your Case Ingersoll needs. As a general rule we do not accept returns, unfortunately with the many scams and dishonesty out there today it is very costly for small businesses like ours. So please make sure you are ordering the correct part for your particular tractor. If you have any questions about a part please reach out so we can help you get the correct part you need. We also photo and indiscreetly mark each used part we sell and there is no warranty on ANY used parts. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction as we are old school in our morals and business practice and you can see this on our EBAY and Facebook reviews. IN PERSON BUSINESS POLICY

As we share the property with another business WE DO BY APPOINTMENT ONLY FOR IN PERSON VISITS. We are here almost always and are very flexible for meet times, days, nights, weekends etc. This keeps it simple, insures we are here, the gates are open and it is a courtesy to the other business located here. We do many appointments every week, it is easy, works well and also ensures that we have plenty of time to help you with your needs and questions without interruptions while you are visiting as well.

Parts Policy And Our Pricing Strategy

We offer many custom kits/parts for sale on our website along with many NEW common parts and ones that we stock and use frequently here ourselves. We do not stock or offer a full catalog of Case Ingersoll parts as we do not currently have the facilities to warehouse more inventory.  **PLEASE NOTE WHEN SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES ARE PRESENT WE MAY SUBSTITUTE PARTS OF THE BEST POSSIBLE QUALITY WE CAN (SOMETIMES BETTER THEN OEM) WE ONLY DO THIS WHEN WE HAVE TO AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO. EITHER WE DO THIS OR THE OTHER OPTION IS TO NOT OFFER THE PARTS FOR SALE.  WE DO THE BEST WE CAN TO KEEP YOU UP AND RUNNING THE BEST WE CAN AND TRY TO KEEP THE PRICE FAIR AS WELL. THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.** Parts are only a piece of our business along with service and sales of equipment. Our pricing policy is simple and many times we may not be the lowest-priced option. We do this intentionally for a few reasons.

 

ONE, is the garden tractor and more specifically the Case Ingersoll community is small. We do not see anyone as or want to be in "competition" with anyone. To the point, we are friends with many of the other dealers and distributors. We choose to get our parts from multiple other Case Ingersoll dealers and distributors intentionally to help support them and keep our community strong and keep them going even though the volume of parts we go through we could buy directly from the source and manufactures. So when you buy from us you are also buying and helping support the other multiple other dealers/distributors out there! We are not out here to take business away but the opposite as our hope is this website will bring in new customers for both us and those we buy parts from.

 

TWO, You will also notice that we do offer some single parts but we put together many full and complete kits to make it simple for the customer to do a job completely without having to worry about if they found and ordered ALL the correct parts they need. We did the hard work of looking up all the part numbers, installing them to make sure they are complete and work then putting them in a kit that is basically click, pay and get a box of everything you should need for a job. These kits we put together and offer are the same ones we use in our shop and now offer these kits to you. Most are not available as kits anywhere. 

 

THREE, We have figured that we spend on average 10 to 15 hours a week or more helping people with issues with their tractors. Either on FaceBook groups/posts/private messages, Forums, Emails, and many phone calls. Every minute we are doing this it is taking time away from us making money working on customers' machines or getting orders out as well as many after work hours communications taking away family time. This IS A LOT of time that we are not getting paid for. We know that many people would not work 1 hour a week let alone 15 or more and not get paid for it. SO, we would hope that those that we help doing this would support us and appreciate the help, advice, and money we save them by doing this, and that they would buy the parts and supplies from us and that the little higher cost for some parts far offsets the help we provide.

 

FOUR, parts are only a part of our business model and you will notice we do not list many smaller parts, one reason for this is we are a small business with only 1 to 2 people here so for us to carry the overhead, pull and ship small orders it is not practical or cost-effective for us to do so at this time.  So this is why we do not offer a full catalog of parts and offer what we do on the site but if you have larger or more expensive parts you need we are happy to get them for you as we have access to all available Case Ingersoll parts.

 

"PRICE SHOPPING" with all the above mentioned realize if you are trying to find the lowest price we might not be it, realize it takes us time to stop working and look up parts, prices and availability as most times we have to make calls as in today's world prices can literally change weekly and suppliers inventory is not always up to date. So please consider this and our pricing policies when asking for parts prices and availability of those items not listed on our sites.

 

Also please note that in rare occasions we may have to "substitute/replace" some parts or items, most likely in a kit because of current supply chain issues and availability. Realize we try all we can to avoid these situations. But if they do happen we do our best to find equal or better items for the substitutions. If they are large items, critical or expensive items being substituted we will reach out to you and let you know options. Most times these items will be small hardware, non critical gaskets, or maybe different brand of say a equal spark plug etc. But again these are extremely rare occasions.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship to Canada, BUT you must contact us ahead of placing your order for shipping rates and info. We try to get all orders out ASAP. If items are in stock many times they will process and ship that day or the next morning if orders are placed by early afternoon of the business day. If items are not in stock "here," many are only a day to 3 away from us as long as they are not back ordered from manufacture/supplier. If items are needed in a hurry "RUSH" shipping/handling options are available at checkout as well as next and 2nd day air. If you need air freight contact us ahead of time to be sure items are in stock BEFORE placing order. We choose to insure and track 99% of all shipments and use the fastest cost effective shipping services available  We are a small shop and spend the day bouncing between service work, parts orders, phone calls, emails, visitors etc. We do our very best to get all orders out as fast as we can and take care of all customers.
