OUR PRICING STRATEGY

PLEASE READ- We offer & have IN STOCK many, many, new/used parts & custom kits for sale, ones that we actually stock and use frequently here in OUR shop. We are always adding parts all the time to the site. (99% of the time if the part is on this site it IS IN STOCKWe have a huge inventory of common fast moving parts in stock and ship 6 days a week to US and Canada!  For non common parts we can have many, many current and older stock parts available in 2 or 3 days most times. So be sure to ask us for what parts you need that are not listed on our site  **PLEASE NOTE WHEN SUPPLY CHAIN AND OR QUALITY ISSUES ARE PRESENT WE MAY SUBSTITUTE PARTS OF THE BEST POSSIBLE QUALITY WE CAN (OFTEN BETTER THAN OEM), WE DO THIS WHEN WE HAVE TO, AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO. WE DO THE BEST WE CAN TO KEEP YOU UP AND RUNNING AND TRY TO KEEP THE PRICE FAIR AS WELL.**   Parts are only a piece of our business along with service and sales of equipment. Our pricing policy is simple SOMETIMES we may not be the lowest-priced option for a few reasons but many times we are. BUT when we may not be consider the following.....

 

ONE- The garden tractor, more specifically the Case Ingersoll community is small.  To the point, we are friends with many of the other dealers/distributors/dismantlers/collectors etc. We choose to get some of our parts from a select couple trusted other Case Ingersoll dealers with "good" reputations and business practices, intentionally to help support them and keep our community going strong. So when you buy from us you are also often buying and helping support the other dealers/distributors out there! 

As we do move a VERY LARGE volume of parts daily. We also buy directly from the source/manufactures of parts. WE CONTINUE TO BUILD OR HAVE BUILT TO OUR HIGH STANDARDS MANY, MANY PARTS AND UPGRADES MADE RIGHT HERE IN THE USA. As Quality, Quality Control, Value/Price and Service of original replacement parts as of late leaves a lot to be desired, and we will not sell items that do not meet OUR high standards and expectations! We are just not parts suppliers, As we actually work on dozens of these machines every month. We actually know what it takes, and what works and lasts and what does not or will not. So you can trust that what we sell is what we use and know and stand behind.

 

TWO-   Parts are only a part of our business model. You will also notice that many small single parts are not "listed on our site. We put together many full and complete kits to make it simple for the customer to do a job completely without having to worry about "if they found and ordered ALL the many correct parts they need." We did the hard work of looking up all the part numbers, installing them to make sure they are complete and work first. Then we offer them in a "kit" that is basically click, pay and get a box of joy with everything you should need for a job. These kits we put together and offer are the same ones we use in our shop & on our personal machines and now offer these kits to you. Most are not available as kits anywhere else. Many are upgraded/improved parts or components only we have sourced or have manufacture for us exclusively.

Another reason for not listing every small part is as a small business, for us to inventory and individually shelf each small part, pull and ship small orders it is not practical or cost-effective for us to do so. It takes a lot of time to list each part on the website too.  So this is why we do not offer a full catalog of parts on the website but instead have these smaller parts included and stocked as "kits." But if you have parts not seen on our site we are happy to get you prices and availability as we have or have access to all available new Case Ingersoll parts as well as we have a huge inventory of many used & some no longer available parts. We also have the ability to make, machine or fabricate needed parts when it makes sense.

 

THREE- We have figured that we spend on average 10 to 15 hours a week or more helping people with issues with their tractors. Either on  social media- groups/posts/private messages, Forums, Emails, and many, many phone calls. Every minute we are doing this it is taking time away from us making money working on customers' machines or getting orders out.  As well as many after work hours communications taking away family time. This IS A LOT of time that we are not getting paid for. We are always happy to help. 

We know that many people would not work 1 hour a week let alone 15 or more and not get paid for it. So, we would hope that those we help, would support us and they appreciate the help, advice, and money we save them by troubleshooting and giving advice. And that they would buy the parts and supplies from us, and that the little higher cost for SOME parts far offsets the VALUE & help we provide and money & time we save them. As well the value people get from our You Tube how to, trouble shooting, install and all other videos we produce is considered when choosing who you do business with. Our suburb reputation for not only our before, but our after "the sale" customer service speaks to all of this. When advice, install questions or any issues arise we are here for our customers, many times even after hours we try to respond to those in need as often as we can and hope all see the great VALUE in this!

 

PRICE SHOPPING-  With all the above mentioned realize if you are trying to find the very lowest price all the time we "might" not be it every item, realize it takes us time to look up part prices and availability of parts not listed. Most times we have to make calls, as in today's world prices can literally change weekly. ALSO to our knowledge we are the ONLY Case Ingersoll Site and likely of similar sites for garden equipment that offers any FREE SHIPPING. We have Free Shipping on many Items where we can. When buying from us you are not only supporting a small American Family Business, you not only know you are getting top quality products and support, you also do not have to pay the many fees, taxes, tariffs etc of those large E commerce, big box stores and very large corporate sites where you are only a number and not a valued individual customer and friend as you are here! So please consider this and our pricing policies when asking for parts prices and availability.
