NOT YOUR AVERAGE GARDEN TRACTORS

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
We are based out of Andover, Connecticut, and specialize in Case Ingersoll tractors, parts, service, and support.
This business was built from real hands-on experience — not just selling parts, but working on these machines, repairing them, and keeping them running the way they were meant to.
We buy, sell, repair, trade, and restore Case Ingersoll equipment, along with supplying both new and used parts locally and worldwide through our online store and Ebay. We have most parts and kits listed on eBay most incidences prices are higher due to auction site fees/shipping.

Because we share the property with another business, all in-person visits are by appointment only.
This ensures:

-
No interruptions while we help you
We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends when possible.
Tractors for Sale
We regularly offer used Case Ingersoll tractors and attachments.
These are heavy-duty, hydraulic-driven machines built for real work — not light-duty equipment.
Many of these tractors are still working today because they were built right from the start, and with proper maintenance, they continue to outperform many modern alternatives. We do sell lots of used tractors and attachments. The tractors we sell are typically fully serviced, repaired, and ready to go. We also have some parts machines, project tractors, and everything in between. For current inventory for sale as well as Tractors & Attachments for sale found HERE.
Why We Do This
We’re not just selling parts — we’re helping keep these machines alive.
Case Ingersoll tractors fill a niche that most modern equipment no longer covers:
-
Hydraulic drive systems
-
Heavy-duty USA construction

Long-term serviceability
There’s still strong demand for these machines, but supply is limited. That’s why keeping them running matters.

ABOUT US
We are passionate about these tractors. This is not just a business for us — we’re helping keep a time-tested machine alive in a low-supply, high-demand market.
There’s very little being made today that fills this gap, especially when it comes to quality. We take pride in matching people with the right tractor for their needs. Some customers are lifelong fans, while others are homeowners tired of buying “throwaway” equipment and are ready to invest in something built to last.
Others come to us after searching for a capable, smaller machine and not finding anything that compares — until they discover Case Ingersoll.
These are not only superb garden tractors, but also incredibly versatile machines. We have customers using them in a wide range of applications, including:
-
Small-scale farming and homesteading
-
Horse and livestock operations for maintaining barns, paddocks, and pastures
-
Property maintenance and landscaping
-
“Yard jockey” setups for moving trailers, boats, small sheds, and chicken coops
When properly set up and weighted, these machines can do far more than most people expect.
We genuinely enjoy working with each customer to make sure their purchase is the right fit for their needs.

Pricing Policies
Pricing Policies
We offer a wide range of new custom kits, along with new and used parts that we stock and use regularly in our shop. We are continually adding parts to the website.
We do not stock a complete catalog of Case Ingersoll parts, as we do not currently have the facilities to warehouse every item. However, we do carry a large inventory and ship six days a week across the United States and Canada.
Many additional parts — including current and older stock — can typically be sourced within 2–3 days. If you don’t see what you need listed on our site, please reach out. There’s a good chance we can get it for you.
Parts are just one part of our business, along with equipment sales and service.
Our Pricing Philosophy
Our pricing policy is simple: we may not always be the lowest-priced option — and here’s why.
1. Supporting the Community
The Case Ingersoll community is small, and we do not view others in this space as competition.
We actively work with and support other dealers and distributors. In many cases, we intentionally source parts from them to help keep the community strong and sustainable.
We also purchase directly from manufacturers when possible.
When you buy from us, you are also helping support the broader Case Ingersoll network. Our goal is not to take business away from others, but to grow the entire community and bring more people into it.
2. Complete Kits That Save You Time
We offer both individual parts and complete repair kits.
Many of our kits are built to include everything needed to complete a job properly — without the guesswork of tracking down every part individually.
We:
-
Research the correct part numbers
-
Install and test components in real shop conditions
-
Build complete, ready-to-use kits
These are the same kits we use in our own shop, and many are not available anywhere else.
3. Time, Support, and Experience
We spend an average of 10–15 hours per week (or more) helping customers troubleshoot and solve problems.
This includes:
-
Facebook groups and messages
-
Forums
-
Emails
-
Phone calls
Much of this time is unpaid and often takes place outside normal business hours.
We do this because we care about helping people keep these machines running.
When you purchase from us, you are not just buying parts — you are supporting:
-
Technical advice
-
Troubleshooting support
-
Installation guidance
-
Ongoing customer service
We stand behind our customers both before and after the sale.
4. Focus on What We Do Best
As a small business with a limited team, we focus on parts and services that make the most sense for our operation and our customers.
For this reason:
-
We do not list every small individual part
-
We prioritize commonly needed items and complete solutions
-
We focus on parts and kits that provide the most value
If you need parts that are not listed, especially multiple or higher-value items, please contact us. We often have access to them even if they are not shown on the site.
Price Shopping
If you are searching strictly for the lowest possible price, we may not always be the best fit.
Providing part numbers, checking availability, and sourcing parts takes time — especially in a market where pricing and availability can change frequently.
We kindly ask that when you reach out for help or pricing, you are serious about following through with a purchase.
We truly appreciate your business and support.

When you purchase from us, you’re getting more than just parts.
