 EZ Adjust clutches are 100 times better and more user friendly than shim adjust! 
Does not come assembled. We recommend getting at least the PTO Refresh kit. You will get the best condition one in stock. That said it may or may not have a usable/in spec friction disc, bearings, spring washes etc.
Choose fork length most Kohlers are 5.5 long over all. MEASURE YOURS

For a complete refresh we highly recommend adding all of the above options. This is the best solution short of replacing the $799 NEW PTO clutch complete unit.

SHOP INSTALL TIP FOR DISK- To install our disk you simply have to prep disk and pulley face some 60-80 grit sand paper or flap disk/cookie wheel etc. Very light prep is needed to give the epoxy a rougher surface to stick to, then  some alcohol or cleaner in your shop to remove dust oils etc, then apply a quality epoxy bonding product and clamp in a vice or similar between to pieces of wood or  metal for 12 hours at least but  follow the product you are using recommendations for mixing, prep, install and curing instructions. Use proper personal Safety Equipment and practices. 
 
SHOP TIP: Grease the shaft and all parts getting assembled over the shaft prior to assembly.  Also grease threads and shifter fork where it sits inside the bearing retainers.  BE CAREFUL to keep ALL grease OFF CLUTCH FRICTION DISK MATERIAL. 
On all rubber sealed bearings new or otherwise we recommend repacking all before install. Today's bearings no matter the brand could use more grease in our opinion. Not required but they will last longer. 
 
NOTE: For some models, you may have to reuse some of your thicker spacers or double up on the spacers provided to get the correct thickness. This kit replaces all the wear items for the PTO clutch NOT the hardware that can be reused for many rebuilds. If your hub, shaft, and or pulley are in rough shape they may need to be repaired or replaced.
Very early style shim adjust clutches may require an additional different size bearing and or shims, be sure to look up your required part numbers for your correct year and model.
