This kit will increase Snowcastor performance greatly! By closing up the gap between your auger paddles and auger housing on your snow blower. A little difference goes a LONG way. Your snow thrower will perform like a different machine especially paired with our custom 19 tooth sprocket jackshaft rebuild kit. The kit includes 2 heavy duty flaps, grade 8 bolts and wide clamping washers to sandwich the rubber to you auger paddles. You have to cut and trim the rubber to your auger as each one is worn and positioned differently. BE SAFE when cutting the rubber. Rough cut the rubber to match your paddle shape, duct tape it to paddle rotate by hand your auger and get the rubber to touch auger housing. Mark and drill auger rubber. Place the bolts towards the edge of the paddles as to keep the rubber stiff and not flex to much. Bot and trim if necessary. To test, rotate by hand to make sure there is no interference when spinning, trim until there is none or damage will happen. As the rubber wears and the gap opens again simply loosen bolts and slit or re-drill rubber and mover outward and re-bolt.
