 This is a good quality replacement carb for Onan/Linamar powered 3000, 4000, 6000 series tractors. And also late 200 and 400, 600 series tractors that have Nikki carbs on them with the big 8 inch air filter. WE HAVE HAD REAL GOOD LUCK AND HAVE SOLD AND USED HUNDREDS WITH VERY FEW ISSUES
 
Nikki carbs are NOT square and do NOT have the fuel pump mounted on carb. This carb is used on all P216, P218, P220 Performer engines and Linamar LX720 LX770, LX790, Also used on late model 226, 446, 448 wih the plastic dashboard (some very late metal dash ) and all Nikki use the large 8 inch air cleaner.OEM carbs tend to range $275 to $600 or more and supply sometimes can be a challenge to find in stock. There are lots of aftermarket carbs out there that are JUNK. But we have found these to be a reliable and consistent version. These also have an adjustment screw needle where many do not and this is great in our opinion. This carb will come with a new USA custom to our specs, carb base gaskets (adapter gasket if needed), manifold gaskets, bolts to mount carb to intake and air cleaner base o-ring. Correct bolts and gaskets will be include for your model specified at check out depending if yours has a carb adapter or direct to intake . 
 
We recommend adding a new fuel filter and air filter to your order to protect your new carb. High quality options available at check out.
 
This carb does not have an accelerator pump on it. So they are less finicky with dirt and debris and over all. (If your carb originally was an emission version carb this carb can be used for diagnostic and testing purposes for intermittent time periods as using full time as a replacements can be an issue with EPA regulations...…) the non accelerator pump carbs work very well for 90 percent of users. Understand these are not OEM carbs, but are a affordable alternative to OEM at 1/4 to 1/3 the price. We recommend OEM carbs of course if in the budget and when available. BUT we have had very good luck with these. WE STOCK OEM CARBS AS WELL AND ARE LISTED ON THIS SITE.
