Kohler 'K' Series Master Tune Up/Valve Adjustment/Decarbon Kit :
Included in this kit will be a high-capacity fuel filter, one top-quality NGK spark plug, a high-quality air filter, Aftermarket points, high quality aftermarket head gasket, high-quality aftermarket condenser as well as the valve cover gaskets, points gasket (more expensive OEM options for head gasket and Points And condenser available at check out) These very high-quality aftermarket parts we provide in this kit they have worked excellent for us and are an affordable option for those where OEM is not in the budget. There are many afermarket options out there, many are junk. These we have had great luck within our shop otherwise we would not offer them.
NOTE: Measurements on the air filter: Height 1 7/8 inches, ID 4 5/8 inches, OD 6 inches; Measure your air filter dimensions to ensure correct fitment
 
This kit will work on Case Ingersoll models 210, 220, 222, 224, 442, and 444 and 644. (Kit will work on most brands of tractors that have Kohler 'K' series engines) Do your research.
 
We recommend doing these services for the valve adjustment, decarbon, and points/condenser replacement roughly every 250 hours, especially with today's gasoline. The filters we recommend you service at a minimum yearly or seasonal, depending on tractor usage and hours.
 
This kit includes what you need to do your full maintenance tune-ups. This is what we use in our shop. The spark plug heat range we select here for our kit we have found works best with today's gasoline. This kit is what you need to make your Kohler 'K' run like new and stay that way.

SHOP TIP: We recommend always running high octane, premium gas in all Case Ingersoll machines, and even better if you can, get ethanol free. We have found a noticeable difference in performance and reliability/issues.
