This is a sought after 1984 Blac k Fram e Model with correct white mower etc, also have snow blowers, plows etc available as well. The 448 was flag ship big dog of the time. This 448 is very powerful with the industrial proven Onan 18 Horspower 2 cylinder power house engine under the hood. The motor runs very smooth and is super strong. The previous owne really loved and took care of this machine. Tractor has aoptional holding valve for steep hill operation as well. This tractor was fully and professionally serviced including the hydraulics and rear end was serviced as was the engine fully tuned up, plus the valves adjusted, heads cleaned and carburetor rebuilt, along with all fluids and filters changed, new key switch, and wiring, New front tires too and more. They lift all attachments hydraulically as they are hydraulic drive. They are NOT Hydrostatic. This system is more simple and stronger. You can add three point hitch to this tractor as well as hydro pto units to run the many hydraulic powered attachments available for these tractors (tillers, chippers, splitters,brush hogs etc). If you are need a reliable, real strong work horse thats not bad looking but not a show tractor for sure. This is it. I would say the paint is a 7 out of 10 and paint wear is accurate for its age. But it is a very presentable work machine. We have snow plows, snow blowers, other mowers available and other attachments for additional cost. This deck is very solid and clean, mows nice, not very loud. Would say mechanically its probably a 7 or 8 out of 10.
