C16786 TWO Load Spring Belleville washers for mechanical PTO clutches used on all 200, 400, 600 series. Both shim adjust and EZ adjust clutch Set ups. These apply pressure and give you the resitance and "clicks" when engaugung PTO lever. These have a life and do fatigue. If your clutch is slipping or not staying engauged and is adjusted correctly. These are likley your issue.
