We put this custom kit together to solve a very common and frustrating issue for thousands and thousands of Kohler Engine owners. This is a cost effective quality and lasting solution we have in this kit with all you need to do the change over to a reliable fuel pump on your Kohler "K" , Magnum and other engines. The OEM Kohler fuel pumps or getting very hard to find and are priced crazy, depending on model $150 to $300 for one we do have a ew OEM in stock for sale! And we have searched and tried countless aftermarket options, even from quality and trusted suppliers and have not found 1 suitable and reliable alternative. Many aftermarket parts can work well and save money KOHLER AFTERMARKET FUEL PUMPS ARE NOT ONE!! They are garbage and total waste of money and fail very fast. It does not matter if you get a $20 or $200 aftermarket fuel pump we have not found one that’s worth a darn. That is the reason we put this complete custom kit together for you. It is a very fast and simple install, basically plug and play with high quality components! We have the adapter plate that is customer made for us by a USA, custom cut to our specs top quality USA made Gaskets, Top Quality Pulse Pump used on many OEM engines, quality fuel hoses and clamps. Nice Black hardware that gives a couple options to fasten pump and a threaded brass fitting so there is no chance of fasteners getting into your engine. There is an OPTION to add our high quality high capacity inline fuel filter we highly recommend doing this.
 
INSTRUCTIONS. Simply remove your old pump, install our adapter plate with fitting and gasket, Find a suitable location to mount the new pulse pump, best to kept it away from extreme heat and exhaust. You can mount to blower housing shroud, other parts of engine, tractor firewall, dash tower, frame etc. We provide screws that will thread in holes on the engine and or tractor as well as self drilling screws so you can place the pump where you want. There are 3 ports on the new pump, IN and OUT have arrows and the pulse/vacuum from our adapter plate goes to the outer/center fitting. IN comes from the fuel tank and the OUT goes to your carburetor. Use hose clamps on all hoses and make sure to use a inline fuel filter, ideally before pump to protect it. The pump can push or pull so it can be mounted a different heights but ideally 6 inches higher or lower than the carb. But will work fine mounted higher or lower than 6 inches just will make the pump work harder.
