With DD11, DD13 Carbs THESE have the fuel PUMP on the front of the carb these are square carbs. This kit is not for the Nikki carbs that look more like a diamond. Look at pictures

We have searched and tried countless aftermarket options, even from quality and trusted suppliers and have not found 1 suitable and reliable alternative. Many aftermarket parts can work well and save money  AFTERMARKET FUEL PUMPS ARE NOT ONE!! They are garbage and total waste of money and fail very fast. It does not matter if you get a $20 or $200 aftermarket fuel pump or carb kit, we have not found one that’s worth a darn. T

 

It is a very fast and simple install, basically plug and play with high quality components! We have the adapter plate for the front of the DD carb where current fuel pump is  that is custom made here and in the USA. Top Quality Pulse Pump used on many OEM engines, quality fuel hoses and clamps. Nice Black hardware that gives a couple options to fasten pump and a  brass fitting. Just mount the new pump somewhere cool and safe. 

 

OPTION- to add our high quality high capacity inline fuel filter we highly recommend doing this.

 

INSTRUCTIONS. 

Find a suitable location to mount Our new pulse pump, Best to keep it away from extreme heat and exhaust. You can mount to flywheel blower housing shroud, other parts of engine, tractor firewall, dash tower, frame etc. We provide screws that will thread in some holes on the engine and or tractor as well as self drilling screws so you can place the pump where you want. There are 3 ports on the new pump, IN and OUT have SMALL arrows and the pulse/vacuum from our adapter plate goes to the outer/center fitting of pump. IN comes from the fuel tank and the OUT goes to your carburetor.

 

Simply remove your old pump and all components off of DD carb,  Install our adapter plate and gasket with fitting in place of old pump. Hook current vacuum line (or replace line if needed to the pump vac port mentioned above.) Hook gas line to our adapter plate brass fitting with spring clamps. 

Use hose clamps on all hoses and make sure to use a inline fuel filter, ideally before pump to protect it. The pump can push or pull so it can be mounted a different heights but ideally within 6 inches higher or lower than the carb. But will work fine mounted higher or lower than 6 inches just will make the pump work harder. If possible higher than the vacuum line fitting on engine will help oil mist drain back into engine and not pump, but NOT a must.

NOTE- Keep fuel lines secure and away from heat or moving parts, if running line through flywheel housing make sure its clear of flywheel and ran correctly and using the hose retainers INSIDE blower housing.
