The DD carb is with the fuel pump mounted on the front of the carb found on many Onan engines. This Onan/Zenith kit rebuilds DD11, 12, 13, 14, & 15 models. Included is everything necessary to rebuild your DD carburetor and fuel pump (DD fuel pump is the rectangular box mounted on the front of the carburetor). Our kit we put together here includes the full OEM kit, our added gaskets, upgraded larger screw for air cleaner to help prevent damage to engine if sucked in.

If your carburetor is in need of a rebuild we HIGHLY highly recommend only using OEM parts for the carburetor. Many aftermarket kits do not fit correctly or last very long. Carburetor NOT included, picture for DD style carburetor for reference.

Look on our YouTube channel for an instructional video on how to rebuild the carburetor and reseal intake manifold. We strongly suggest resealing your intake manifold at this time.
NOTE: Brass floats are a MUST with today's gasoline. Other material floats WILL NOT WORK. SHOP
SHOP TIPS: Be sure to properly set your float level, float level is 1/8th inch from the top of float to the carburetor top when the float/carburetor is flipped over. Both pontoons need to be at this measurement and they NEED to be straight up and down NOT bent. Idle mixture screw (without o-ring) initial adjustment one and a third turns. High-speed Needle (screw WITH o-ring) One and three quarter turns OUT from bottom

This is an excellent kit, I have tried after market kits and they just don't work properly. Before I put this new kit in every time I tried to start my 1974 Case Ingersoll 446 I had to pour gas down the carb and sometimes it caught on fire. Also before this kit it was very fussy on what fuel filter I put in. After I put the full new carb kit in it was a world of difference. I was astonished on how much better the tractor ran and it was always able to suck fuel enough to fill that fuel filter.
