Onan Performer/Linamar Starter WITHOUT Attached Solenoid  Onan Part Number 191-1828, this is a high quality replacement starter from a very reputable manufacturer of automotive electrical parts.
 
This starter is for repowered 200/400/600 series tractors and loaders that have a remotely mounted solenoid.  It can also be used to replace the starter on 3000/4000/6000 series Onan Performer/Linamar "P" powered tractors/loaders (16, 18, 20 HP).  You would HAVE to add a remote solenoid (we have available in our store). You can also add this remote solenoid as an option at check out.
 
This option is done to eliminate the 'clicking' that is common with the solenoid mounted on tractor models. Or if your 200, 400, 600 series was repowered with A Onan Performer P216, P218, P220 oe Linmar Engines. 
We recommend ching your key switch and adding/chainging a inline fuse kit to protect your electrical syestem. They are available in our "enigine, or the electrical" Pages of our online store.
 
Also, another alternative to eliminate the 'clicking' non engagement issue is to add our starter relay kit to your existing Onan with the solenoid mounted starter.
