This starter is for Onan powered  226, 446, 448, 648 loaders, and "B" series ONLY powered 646 loaders.  Please look at pictures, this is a very high quality replacement starter from a very reputable manufacturer of automotive electrical parts. Heavy Duty Replacement NOT made In china.. 
 
We have sold and used dozens of these particular starters with very very few issues. There are lots of junk China Starters out there. There is a difference for sure. After having to pull the front of the tractor and engine apart you do not want to have to do it again for a long time!

NOTE: We highly recommend replacing your solenoid at the same time as replacing your starter.  Solenoid. 
Also a good Idea to change your key switch now, The C30268  OEM Ignition Key Switch 4 terminal switch that INCLUDES the light switch and they turn 'ON' when the key is in the 'RUN' position Used on almost all Case Ingersoll 200/400/600 series ONAN tractors with battery/external coil ignition. 
 
The C30530 OEM Key Switch Fits many later Onan engines models that have a SEPARATE headlight switch and plastic dash.  And make sure you have a inline fuse kit to protect your electrical system.
