This disk goes on your forward/reverse lever down bellow where the is a washer welded to and it goes in to the frame bracket. I goes between the welded washer on the lever and bracket. All machines should have them. They make for firm and smooth lever movement and makes sure lever stays in place and reduce wear on the banana plate and linkage.
