 This adapter plate is needed to use sleeve hitches and plow blades with under axle mount plow lift arms on Case Ingersoll Tractors. This item comes with 2 heavy-duty grade 8 bolts, nuts, lock washers, and washers. 
 
For all utility blades with under axle lift arm(most all Case Ingersoll Utility blades used on 200, 400, 3000, 4000 series tractors and all sleeve hitches.
 
SHOP TIP: Different location holes for the plow arm will allow you to either gain more lift height or more down force.
