C25382 Plow Blade/Sleeve Hitch Adapter Replacemnet Plate AND hardware Kit For Lift Arm: This is an upgraded plate we have made with more hole options for plow and sleeve hitches. As differnt holes will give you more down pressure or more lift height.  
 
 This adapter plate is needed to use sleeve hitches and plow blades with under axle mount plow lift arms on Case Ingersoll Tractors. This item comes with 2 heavy-duty grade 8 bolts, nuts, lock washers, and washers. 
 
For all utility blades with under axle lift arm(most all Case Ingersoll Utility blades used on 200, 400, 3000, 4000 series tractorsand all sleeve hitches.
 
SHOP TIP: Different location holes for the plow arm will allow you to either gain more lift height or more downforce.
